Attensity receives and stores any information User enters on the Attensity Site or provides to us in any other way (“Personal Information”). When Client logs into the Site, Attensity collects that Client’s IP address. When Client requests additional information from Attensity, Attensity’s online contact form asks for contact information (such as an e-mail, business address and phone number). Similarly, Attensity’s website account registration form requires a new User to provide contact information (such as name and email address) and unique identifiers (such as a User name and password).
Please note that any information submitted during the registration process for an account is available to anyone with an authorized User name and password for that account.
Personal Information is used for such purposes as responding to Client requests for certain information, products and services, customizing the content you see, and communicating with Clients, Users, and Visitors about specials and new features. Besides using contact information to provide Attensity Users or Visitors with some of the Attensity services (like email reports), Attensity uses User contact information from the registration form to send Users promotional materials from Attensity and some of Attensity’s Partners. User or Visitor may opt-out of receiving future mailings by utilizing the Choice/Opt-Out section below. The User's contact information is also used to contact the User when necessary, such as when the User has forgotten his or her User name or password.
Additionally, Attensity uses IP addresses to help diagnose problems with the Attensity server and to administer its site. IP addresses are also used to gather broad demographic information, such as the number of Visitors or Users of the Attensity site.
Personal Information about Users and Clients is an integral part of our business. Attensity neither rents nor sells Personal Information to anyone. Attensity shares Personal Information only as described below.
